Beautiful 1986 HI-Star 44 in well maintained conditions.

The interior has a warm and cozy atmosphere thanks to the teak furniture.

The layout consists of a salon at the entrance equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a large table, a fully equipped command station with direct access to the starboard deck via a side door.

The galley is fully equipped and there is a small dinette that can be converted into a sleeping area.

The cockpit and Fly areas are spacious, perfect for experiencing the sea and a vacation with family or friends.

External Areas

Spacious external areas with teak decking on the flybridge, cockpit, bow, and walkways. Annual teak maintenance has been carried out.

The cockpit features a lovely area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

A bimini and cockpit enclosure are available on board to provide protection from the sun or rain, creating additional living space.

The sunbathing area is equipped with complete cushions refurbished in 2020.

There is a large swim platform equipped with a swim ladder. Manual gangway.

Internal Areas

Upon entering through the companionway, one descends into a spacious and welcoming salon that includes a large L-shaped sofa with a table, perfect for enjoying coffee and socializing.

The helm station to the left of the stairs is fully equipped with Raymarine marine instruments and offers direct access to the starboard deck through a sliding door.

Towards the bow, we can find a fully equipped galley featuring a stainless steel sink, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and washer-dryer.

The space is optimally used with numerous storage compartments for provisions and various cooking equipment. Additionally, there is a small convertible dinette that can be used as a sleeping area.

At the bow, there are two cabins available. The owner’s cabin is furnished with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other cabin includes a double bed and a shared bathroom.

The audio system includes AM/FM stereo with speakers adjustable through mobile devices or Wi-Fi, along with a DVD player. Additionally, there are surveillance cameras in the cockpit and at the entrance.
